What language is this site and does anyone know of a good web page
translator that I can use to view things in English?

 It looks like Norwegian to me. Could be wronge tho.
As for a good translater I use Google at
http://www.google.com/language_tools
they have a good web page translater,pretty much does all types of pages,
you might want to try them.
 Also Babblefish  http://world.altavista.com/  is good to. It doesn't always
work for web pages tho, but its good for plain translation.
 Pretty neat site tho. Nice find
