If it isn't on the surface of the glass, no.  That may be the glass
lamination(windshield glass is actually a sandwich;
glass-plastic-glass.)

   I'm not familiar with the radio setup in the Coupe- this question
is best left to someone else.

Check the screen in the reservoir, it might be clogged.  A fluid
change might not be a bad idea- drain the reservoir to get an idea of
how bad the fluid condition is, if you want.

Probably the multifunction temperature sensor.
