The final rallycross of the season in Portland area is this weekend (Saturday)
Anyone going to check it out? Rallycross is tons of fun, great for learning car
control and they have a well run helmet loaner system. All you need to play is
a car with a battery tie down. The best part that you get to pretend to be
rally driver without the risk of hitting anything other than cones.
The costs about $20 more details go to

Clearance doesn’t seem to be much of a issue, I have seen all sort of cars out
there including a lowered Porsche
http://engr.oregonstate.edu/~rickert/carrara4b.jpg (rather large photo) I
have run my 4kq, an infiniti g20 and a rwd Toyota corolla gts in past events.
At the previous event Reiner, a lister from the Seattle area, ran his A4q and
had a good time. It is something everyone should try.
There is also a TSD rally Friday night in Portland if anyone is interested.
