Warning [WTC] Wheel Torque Content

I realize this topic is been beaten more than any allegorical thing can be, but
have something new to offer to the fray. I did some bolt tension calculations
and have posted the results in an Excel file. There is nothing too exciting,
only that it is too close for these sorts of approximations and to really solve
this problem would require some major time and equipment. I think it would make
an excellent masters thesis/project for an ME out there.
