Rebuilt I-5T break-in procedure??

As I recall, the general rule is to run the car with a wide variety of
rpm's and loads, staying below full power for a few hundred miles or so,
then changing the (non synthetic) oil and gradually increasing the
approach to full power.  Then put in the synthetic oil, and chip, and
spring...

There were some other good answers to this question a few days ago, of
course.
