overconfidence and Quattros?

I had posted a few days ago about seeing an A4 in the trailer for
Spirited Away.
Gets better. The movie opens with it, and when the parents take a
wrong turn down a dirt road, the father charges ahead.
"Honey, slow down!"
"Oh, don't worry! I have four wheel drive!"(grins, hunches down, and
speeds up, much to the chagrin of the other passengers :)
I'll spare criticism for this transgression(4WD vs. AWD); when the
father has to slam on the brakes to avoid a status that appears
around a bend, the ABS bounce action on the brake pedal was perfectly
animated :-) His films are known for having strong lessons in them;
you can't help but wonder if he or someone on his staff had a little
run-in with false confidence in an AWD car...
Great flick- heartily recommended. Parents- some very mildly scary
stuff, but nothing most kids can't handle, and both of you will love
the whimsical stuff thrown in. If the little kid in you can still
giggle, you'll like it :-)
