Well I picked up my car from the shop... they replaced an injector, new
plugs, new plug wires...
and took it to the emissions test place for me and it passed with flying
colors, the idle is now
extremely smooth and it accelerates much better and I don't have the
problem with it
micro-surging at highway speed.

However I am still getting the 4k hesitation (although it is MUCH less
noticeable and its now at 4500rpm)
so now I get to see if it is those knock sensors are causing that
problem.

But I have to give my bank account a rest.... cause its quite drained.
