How about a junkyard for the carrier, pins and whatever else?  Or Chris at
Force 5?  I did this drilling out and, to quote myself form a couple months
ago: 'brought the hole close to spec with a little silicone".  Still moves
a little after 4-5 years but not so bad.  Next time I'd get a used carrier
instead with the pins.
