200q20v springs on 200q10v?

I have a set of H&R 29800 lowering springs for 200q20v here. Can they
be used on a 200q10v? I know they physically fit, but how will the car
get? I think it will be as high as stock (if not higher) and very
rough.. Or maybe not?

Anyone have the spring rates for the 29800 (200q20v) compared to the
29616 (all other type 44 except V8)?
