inspection failure due to exhaust noise???

Yeah, thats essentially what I did do, though the fellow I have that does
my inspections hates the new law just as much as we do, and let me go even
in the 'loud' mode, making a reference to me saying to the cops that the
exhaust was put on post inspection, should I ever get pulled over ;)...

Speaking of which the 90tq isn't really that bad in terms of dB output. It
is louder than stock, granted, but not to the point where it is obnoxious.
The tubro, and the two "mufflers" I have in there tame it down to a
reasonable level, the stuffing is just a mute button for it ;).
