inspection failure due to exhaust noise???

CO has the same law- but they don't inspect for it, just write you a
ticket if they feel like it.

This law is stupid, no matter how you slice it.  SEMA had good luck
dealing with a somewhat better written law in California- maybe people can
turn them on to this one that's running thorugh several states?  It's
reasoned so poorly (and enforced so poorly- no dB meter? sheesh..) that is
should be easy to strike down.
