Stebro update

Hello All,

Well I just went through the same hassle with Stebro as most other people h=
ave. I ordered my exhaust on  Aug 2 and I just received it in today!! A ful=
l 2 1/2 weeks overdue. And I live on the West Coast of Canada were the ship=
ping time is 1 week max.

If you actually were able to reach someone there, you should play the lotte=
ry!! Every time I tried to call I was bounced to the voicemail. Which they =
never once returned my call or e-mail. And all I wanted to know was why was=
n't it shipped out.

The only time I ever got action out of Stebro was when I threatened to have=
 the charges on my Credit Card reversed due to non deliverance of product, =
plus I sent an e-mail to the manufactures in Switzerland in regards to my s=
ituation to see if that would help. Which it might have as I actually recei=
ved an e-mail back the next day with a shipping tracking number.

Oh well, the only other major concern is if something needs to be replaced =
under warranty, how long will it take to get the replacement parts.
