Troy, IL/St.Louis - stranded 5k, plea for help!!!!

He is less that 10-15 miles from St. Louis if he is in Troy.  There are 2
Audi Dealers in St. Louis and a private mechanic that I use on my Audi (and
my father has used on both of his).  Sorry for the lack of other ideas, but
at least he is close to sources of parts.
