'84 Coupe'GT 2.1 Oil Pressure Sending Unit?

Friends of the 2.1L ,
Been through the archives and nothing on this.
I have a pretty good oil leak that seems to be coming from around the
oil pressure sending unit at the front of the block (R) near the pan, at
the nut. Has anyone been able to deterine if this is because of the unit
itself gone bad? Or, is there a seal in the housing that goes bad? I
have no loss of oil pressure, the thing just leaks like hell.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
