which pistons on 200q rear calipers?

I haven't gotten around to opening up the rear brakes on my 200q yet,
but I was wondering if they have the old hex style pistons, or if
they have the two shaped holes? I've seen both on different years of
car for whatever reason. Anyhow, if it's the two hole design, does
that box shaped tool thing have the shapes to screw them back in? If
so, I'm also looking into welding it to the end of one of those pad
spreaders to help the operation.
