Euro light install; 100CS; splice or try to get a connector?

I suspect you mean the connector between *all* the headlight bulbs and
the car's harness?

My type 89 90Q euros have a four pin (blade type) connector on the
housing, I bought two new mates for it from the dealer.  how I figured
out the part number is beyond my ability to comprehend.  I might have
used a certain CD-ROM datatbase to help, though.
