There is no "easy" way....!
But the best by far will be from underneath, with a lift and nice tall
tranny jack. Leave the engine alone, it's happy where it is.
Without something strong to support the tranny as it comes off, lower
the car to about 18" and use a big floor jack and your juggling skills
to pull it out, after it is all exposed and ready.
