strange intermittent boost problem

89 200q. Noticed when turning the ignition switch
off, car didn't stop running. Try a few times shuts
off. Doesn't always happen. Also noticed when it
happens with headlights on, shutting off headlights
also shuts off ignition. Seat belt warning light
sometimes comes on, even when wearing seat belt. Next
run cycle, it's not on. Today, intermittantly, car
has no balls. Acceleration uphill is nonexistant.
Max speed on flat 100mph. Notice boost gauge only
reads 1.1, maybe 1.2. On big decel, gauge reads 0.0
bar. Even on mild decel 0.0 bar. This is my 2nd
turbo Audi and they NEVER read 0. Usually 0.2, maybe
0.1. So when gauge is off .2 bar low, performance
sucks. Later performance is fine and gauge is reading
normal 1.4 bar high and 0.2 low. What are the chances
the ign. switch is causing this through low voltage to
either the ECU, fuel pump relay or ignition coil
through the ECU? Anything else jump out at anyone?
No vac. leaks, secondary ign. all new and tested good.
Plugs look good. Light gray color on insulator.
Throttle switch new and tested adjusted correctly.
Multi-func. temp switch/connector and wiring new and
working correctly.
TIA
