time to de-list bad vendors?

If I need to mail order a part I go with Rod @ TPC everytime, he's amazing,
dozens of orders and never one mistake, great communication, I don't waste my
time trying other vendors, I just know he's going to get it right. His price
is usually lower than most local vendors cost. No affiliation.
