5ktq stumble

Seemingly out of nowhere, my 5ktq will stumble.
It loses power, doesn't rev.  If I turn the key
off/on (while moving, clutch depressed) the symptoms
disappear, car runs fine.
This has happened with A/C on or off, at 70 mph in 5th,
accelerating in 3rd, rain or shine.  Or it may not
happen for a few weeks.
Switching the key off/on seems to be the only thing
I've found that affects it.
Any ideas/suggestions?
