Palisades Audi is not only overpriced, they're incompetent with
regard to simple servicing procedures. Anyone in the Rockland
County, NY area should seriously think twice before going there.

Then again, Jack Daniels Audi in Fairlawn, NJ isn't too far behind
them- asshole service writers who are so smug that they are unwilling
to admit they make any errors and an asshole service manager who is
just as unwilling to make amends for the errors of his subordinates.

I wonder if there is anyone in the North Jersey/Rockland County NY
area who is a competent, pleasant Audi dealership. Good thing our A4
is nearly out of warranty, won't ever have to deal with those jerks
ever again.
