time to de-list bad vendors?

Hey, wait a sec.  Are you saying you can just email to get an order sent?  I always seem to have to call
to confirm everything, such as CC number to use.  Perhaps he's got too much of my information, past
addresses and CC number, and I need to clear some of that out of his file for me?

It would be much easier just to email and not have to use the phone.  Interesting.
