time to de-list bad vendors?

I've ordered repeatedly from Rod without ever talking to anyone there.  It
may be that if you call, he doesn't save your credit card number, but if
you e-mail an order and then fax him the credit card number (I think that's
the process I used several years ago), you can do it all by e-mail
thereafter.  He notified me when my credit card date had expired and I sent
him a new one.  My only problem with Parts Connection has been the number
of "dealer-only" parts, some of which I've been able to get at other
non-dealer sources.  I think "dealer only" is the standard reply whenever
there is a part they don't carry.
