V1 and road signs

Rat bastards aren't licensed for this. They're in violation of federal law.
Someone should take them to court.

3 modes on the V1, none for K band, they only tone down X band. And if these
are standard K band units, there's no way that you could configure the unit
to ignore them. :(
Here's what the V1 website says:
"One more fact: some folks think those highway warning signs, usually on
trailers, that alert your detector are Safety Radar. Not true. Instead, they
are shams to get around the FCC prohibition on drone transmitters (the
anti-speed forces love the idea of drones as a way of annoying detector
users). There's no encoded message here, just plain old radar."
The interesting thing is that they don't set off my old Passport, but do set
off the V1.
