Lister input needed, TDI opinions

I think the 2.5 TDI A6 Avant is the sh*t.  If I could
get one here now, I'd already have it.  Good fuel
mileage, and it can GO.  Saw quite a few on the bahn
in Feb of '01.  They can move at top end.  BTW, I
drive 250-275 miles every day, so fuel economy IS a
factor.
