I placed my first order with TPC (via Andy) on the recommendation of a lister. They gave me a great price, had it in stock in a PA warehouse and would drop it to my PA mechanic so it would be one day. I was happy, until my mechanic called a week later to ask if I was planning on supplying them the parts or not (e-brake cables)... I called Andy, he knew who I was, checked his records, found that the warehouse told him they shipped it and then couldn't provide a tracking number. He overnighted the correct parts from his location (on his dime) and said to send back the second set if they ever really showed up. He was honest, courteous and acknowledged THEIR mistake in the best way possible. Haven't dealt with Rod yet as you guys keep him on the phone every time I call ;)

PS - is it possible to create an easy form for checking a sad/happy face for feedback on vendors? kinda copy the eBay model?
