[urq] Help: 200 20V cut-out

I've got no familiarity with the Euro vesions of the 200, but it sounds like
something that happened on my 5kCSQA ... a massive leak in the crankcase
vent tun\bing was the cause of the stalling ... perhaps the euro cars have
this same sort of set up ... or perhaps not!
