Window Regulator (Power Window Motor) Replacement

How difficult is it to replace the left front window regulator on a 1988
5KQS?  I have the Bentley.  It provides a nice picture, but no written
procedure.

I can see 3 places where the assembly looks like it attaches to the door
frame.  How difficult is it to get at those nuts?  Is there any alignment or
adjustment procedure?  Is it done with the window in the up or down
position?
