Not too bad at all, I could do one in about 15 minutes now, haven't done it
a number of times in various cars...

The window regulator to door frame nuts are no problem. The only tricky
one is the circlip you need to undo to free the window glass from the
regulator itself. Others resorted to removing the outer door shell to
access it, but I fab'ed a little puller using a bent nailhead and it's
a breeze. Make sure you follow the Bentley instructions (yes there are
written procedures, at least in my copy of the manual for up to '86 model
year, in section 70.2 and 57.4). There are some hidden screws you need to
undo to remove the door panel. You do it with the window glass in the
closed position. No re-alignment is necessary.
