Hey Bob,

I'm sorry about the delay, I was laid off from work and invloved in a
car accident, and some things like food, and rent have priority.  I have
not yet been able to get the hood shipped from DTM because of my financial
situation.

I may remind you from our emails that I was under the impression that I
would be getting a _Dialynx_ sport hood.  While you may have made this
change for good reasons, I was _never_ notified about this change until I
got an email from you saying they had arrived, asking for more money,
and telling me that I would have to pay for shipping from California.  I
will also remind you that you told me that I would save a lot in shipping
as I was living near Greenlake and would be able to pick the hood up from
you in Kirkland.  I have only recently found a new job, and I assure you
that I am well aware of the money I owe you, as well as the extra money I
owe DTM, money I didn't know I should have budgeted for.

I apoligize for not responding as quickly as you'd like, I have been busy
with my new job.  If you want to call me out on the list in such a manner,
fine, but please remember your bait and switch tactics when you do so.
