So how many of us listers were there this weekend?
I was part of a pit crew for At Speed Motorsports, we were supporting 2
Porsche 911 Cup cars in the Speed GT class (# 23 & #13). I missed some of
the races I had hoped to see but got to watch Paul win the Speed Touring Car
class in his A4.
I saw several nice Audi's in camp or the pits, a nice Silver S4 Avant, from
Colorado, came in and camped next to my old VW camper.

Our cars:
Bob Miller #23 finished 8th
Greg Merril #13 finished 11th

Paul's performance made for an extra-special weekend. He was second fast in
the first session, and fastest in all the rest, including fastest race lap.
I was packing it up from my shooting location to head down to the victory
circle area when the full-course caution came out. Recalling Mid Ohio I just
cringed. I stuck around to shoot the restart and watch the next couple of
laps unfold--Paul made that A4 as wide as he possibly could and ran clean to
the checkers.

Here's a link to some digital camera shots from the ALMS Laguna Seca
weekend:

I'll start editing and scanning film tonight, and be adding images over the
course of the week.

On the engine, it sounded to me like the team are doing their own engines.
