Uneven pad wear ?

Not to minimize Huw's advice, but you might first try to free it by
force... IF it's a rear brake (you didn't say).  For the next couple of
weeks, every time you park the car, apply the handbrake-- fully.  Really
haul the handle up hard.  That treatment freed my stuck left rear
caliper a couple of years ago and it's been fine ever since.
