Fuel Tank size and headlights

Hey Listers,
This is Keith and I have just purchased a 1988 90ntnq.My gas tank is roughly
13 gals and am curious if the 90 Quattro tank is that much bigger?And is
there any real trick to swapping those?My other problem is the low beams
give off so little light it is like they are under water.I have replaced
with new bulbs but no difference.However the high beams seem to be
normal.The fog lights are just okay.Is there a paricular driving(55 or 100
watt) light I can slide into the fog light place if I can`t get my low beam
issue resolved satisfactorily?
