How to clean inside of headlights/fogs?

I had some moisture inside one of my headlights and one of my driving
lights. They're dry now, but I have that crusty coating inside. How
do I get rid of it? Jet dry? I dunno. Isopropyl alcohol? Really
friggin' annoying.
