How to clean inside of headlights/fogs?

IMHO, don't- you'll just make it worse.  BTDT, unfortunately, with my
5000 once.  If I remember correctly, they clouded up on me after I
tried to clean 'em.

Some listers have had limited success cracking them open- not for the
faint of heart.
