I can't say as I have not done any internal tranny work on anything more
complicated then my TR. The concern might be that the Quaife is supposed to
replace the entire diff in the tranny and this may or may not be possible
considering how it's built and mounted on the 4000 Q. There is another
company that has a different approach called, I believe, Phantom Locker.
The Phantom system doesn't replace the diff, but instead is a bunch of parts
that you mount into the existing diff. My understanding is that it also
cost significantly less then the Quaife. I can't tell you how it works
exactly or even provide any more info then what I've already said. I just
heard about it from a buddy with a Sunfire who's whining about not being
able to reliably put his power down. I told him to buy a Quattro, he told
me to blow it out my.... well you get the idea.
