V1 Valentine Radar unit quattro digest, Vol 1 #4799

I seriously doubt that Valentine will do it, as it has been tried at least
twice in the last couple of years.  But maybe they'll finally give up at the
group's persistence.

I'm in, if it does come off.  No question, unless it drags out and I just
have to have one sooner.
