Finally....
Damn what a great project!
Header is done, now just have to tie up the loose ends and fire up the
badass rebuilt MC motor.

The later ones are high resolution and can be enlarged. The earlier ones
can't.
1 1/4" weld-els (45° and 90°) mild steel, schedule 40 from McMaster-Carr as
well as some straight pipe from Lowes, the collector cone is sch. 10
Stainless 3"-2" pipe reducer. All flanges are 1/2" mild steel, base plate
for collector is 3/16 steel. All tig welded. Everything was cut with my $40
Stanley hack saw (beautiful tool, it really is) No, I didn't use an electric
chop saw, and yes I am crazy! The "Y" for cylinders 2,3 was made by cutting
the side out of two 45° bends and welding together. The "Y" for 1,4 was made
by cutting the sides out of two 90° bends and welding.
Cylinders 1 and 4 never flow at the same time, neither do 2 and 3, so there
should be no restriction by pairing them together. FWIW, I think it would
have been just as easy to make a 5-1, but I like how it came out.
Still don't know where to put the wastegate, and it's gonna be a pretty big
PITA to fit an exhaust pipe for the WG between the header and the K27 cold
side.
Also pictured is a comparison between the header and the POS factory
manifold, what a pile of crap that thing is! Take a look at the pics and
decide for yourself.
If you have any questions feel free to ask, I'll take a few more pics when I
take the manifold off the head. I'll probably do a write-up once I get my
lazy butt around to making a website.
Yes I'd sell it, and no, you can't afford it ;)
