Nice job Mike.  George as far as length of pipe and
collectors go, you really are at the mercy of the
10v's crappy non-cross flow design more than anything.
 The ideal header would be equal length with the tubes
converging so the pulses come out next to each other
and form a vortex in the collector.

For most of us there simply isn't room for this, plus
it would be very difficult to make a DIY header with
an idea runner design.  Fortunatly turbos literally
put a cork in the ideal design theory, and anything
that flows well will get you instant gains over the
stock EM.  If you're a racer and need that slight edge
in regards to spool up time, then you need to pay more
attention runner length and size.  You can check out
