weird window operation

Didn't know it was thermal related, but teh window power control unit is
in the relay box behind teh panel at the Driver's left knee.  Mine failed
and caused all windows and sunroof to go inop at the same time.

I have it shorted now becasue I like to have the windows work all the
time.

Now if I could figure out how to get the silly window switched apart..
Anyone got a pic of how to do that?
