weird wiper operation

my 91 80 wipers will not park at the bottom of the windshield when the wipe=
r system, not the car is cold. whenever you let go of the switch, that is w=
here they stay, so ya got to keep bumping the switch till it gets to the pa=
rk posission. and the delays do not work during this time too, they just ru=
n on low speed, so i have low, low and high. now once you use them for 5-10=
 minutes, everything works fine, and like i said its not once the car warms=
 up, its when the wiper system warms up.  im guessing the switch, but i do =
not want to go through all that and find out its a motor ar relay or someth=
ing !! any ideas or btdts' ??
