On my 200q20v, I was able to get that bolt loose from under the car with a
1/2" drive ratchet and an extension that was about 8-10 inches
long.  Wasn't much swing room.  But then I could swing the wrench farther
from above.  Your exhaust plumbing may differ, of course.
