I agree with the below, having worked in the industry and having direct
experience with him, I would recommend that if anyone knew better that they
never deal with "you know who". He has a terrible reputation. You can try to
sue, he won't give you the customer service you deserve..I know for a fact
that he buys from Eurospec/Overland parts, I used to work there, I'd bet he
got them from them.
