subframe bushing replacement

Well, I now have 4 new subframe mounting bolts for my 100, and have
three of them in as of tonight, so at least I can move the car
without fear of the front end falling off.  However, the bushings on
the rear of the subframe are in pretty bad shape, and should
definitely be replaced.....especially the one in which the center is
GONE.  is this a very difficult procedure, or can it be done fairy
quickly and easily?  Any BTDT would be appreciated.  Thanks.
