New P/S High Pressure hose rebuild problems...kinda long...

Shawn,

I really doubt that the rebuilt hose could cause this much grief. I have a
couple of rebuilt hoses on two different 200Qs with no issues other than
noise in the one where I forgot to put the damper in. After a pump rebuild
I did get leaks in just about every hose though.... new seals == good
pressure == leaks. :-)

I assume you checked/cleaned all of the strainers on the banjo bolts? Did
you check
the strainer in the tank for junk?

Regards
