V8 performance modifacations any BTDT?

I was searching the archives for chipping an early V8, but I only found
quite old posts. I was hoping I can get some feedback if there are any
performance modifications to the 3.6, that is worth considering.

I saw that Ned at IA has a chip and he claims it to be smoother than
stock and a 10% performance increase. Is there anything else out there?
