Crane HI6 install, and still some stumbling

Yep, 1.8 bar spring, and a pressure reg. on the top
chamber.  I keep meaning to take off the pressure
regulator, but I've ran into situations going up long
hills where I try and hold the boost at 10-15 psi and
it does it then as well.  It's strange, as the rpms
build, the boost chatter smooths out and the car pulls
fine.  I'm pretty sure I don't have a HG leak, the
coolant hasn't moved since I put the header on.  I'm
going to try removing the WI and pressure reg. at
lunch just to be sure.
