[urq] 83 urq stumble and other isues

Brady,

Seeing all that you have checked -- have you tired the obvious?

When you say it doesn't happen until anything past 1/2 throttle in 3-5 gears
it tells me that this is when the serious boost is developed.  Check your
boost gauge -- does it show maximum boost (even momentarily) when this
happens?  If so, I suggest that IF the wastegate preload is adjustable, try
backing out the preload screw 3 turns to start with and then test drive
again.  If it works, then slowly increase preload until symptom recurs and
then back off 1/2 turn.  This assumes you don't have some super stiff
wastegate spring installed...
