[urq] 83 urq stumble and other isues

As a reference, my stock boost gauge, with engine off, always (regardless of
weather) reads just below the wide 1bar line. Under full boost, it shows
1.9ish bar on the gauge. Maybe that's max boost?! But with a Lehmann ECU and
Sport quat wg spring and diaphragm, shouldn't I get to 2.1bar? I don't know
if the preload is adjustable as the car is still new to me, but I'll
investigate.

Mihnea (thanks) suggested intake leaks. I will investigate that too....
