1988 90Q - 2141 diagnostic code?

Randy,
Check & feel the wire leading out from the knock sensor on the block...I think :)  _If_ memory serves 2141 is the code for faulty knock sensor wiring.  There are two codes (perhaps 2141 & 2142) that both involve the knock sensor; one indicates faulty wiring while the other indicates a faulty sensor.  I could be wrong but 2141 sounds familiar.

I had the KS wiring code appear briefly over a year ago on my '88 90q but it went away just as quick.  When i put in the new radiator this year I finally checked the knock sensor wire insulation and in some parts it practically just crumbled off in my hands exposing the wiring to ground.  In other parts the wire was just cracked.  The new sensor was about $60.

Could anyone quickly tell me what the 2141 code means?  the car just started
to have the check engine light come on and this is what I get when I pull
the code - acutally there may be more I only lookd at the first one.
Also, I think I have an ISV problem as the car sometimes will idel at 800
(only when the engine is very warm) sometimes at 1400 sometimes at 2000.
Please advise./..
